From baby shower to anniversary party to backyard soiree, turn your gathering into a fresh, fun celebration with our sustainable table linen rentals. Offered up in a vibrant array of colors and patterns, our pure linen or organic cotton tablecloths, runners & napkins can be mixed and matched to liven up any small event. So, get them, set them, and pour yourself a glass while you wait for your guests to arrive.
THE FINE PRINT
- Our eco-friendly rental linens are available to be mixed and matched for up to 100 guests.
- Linens are in limited supply, so reserve yours early.
- A 50% deposit is due at time of booking, with the remaining 50% due 1 week prior to your pickup date.
- Pickup and drop-off are made easy at our retail shop at 144 Hall Street in Traverse City.
- You pick them up pressed and ready to go, and after your last guest leaves, simply fold them into the provided laundry bags and return them back to us for washing.
- Linens can be picked up up to 3 days before the event and must be returned within 3 days after the event. (A late fee of $200/day will be charged if we don’t receive them back within the 3 day timeframe.
- The full retail value will be charged for any items not returned to us.
- A damage fee of $4 per napkin and 35% of the retail value of tablecloths and runners will be assessed for any stains that don’t come out — but most of them do!
- If your party plans change, let us know as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy includes:
- Within 2 weeks of your pickup date: a fee of 20% of the rental total will be charged
- Within 1 week of your pickup date: a fee of 50% of the rental total will be charged
