Back in her first year of business, FWT owner, Jen Vander Roest dreamt of someday creating her own hand printed screens at scale — beyond what her home table could produce. 8 years later, in 2022, the dream became a reality.

Hand printed in Rhode Island onto the most sustainably-sourced Belgian linen and U.S.-grown organic cotton, the result is a playfully hip collection of sustainable soft goods that complement our classic collections of stripes and solids — and bring that extra verve to any room. And like any good piece of art, our 100% down-stuffed pillows, bedding, and other future fun accents are sure to become talking pieces for your at-home style.
To create these works of art, we’ve gone with a traditional hand-printing method where dye is squeezed onto the fabric through a 54” wide recycled screen that’s carefully moved by two people down the length of a 50-yard printing table. Using this classic method, colors and textures may vary slightly, bringing the rich character of traditional craftsmanship to these distinctive textiles.
